- Bread delivery service (for a fee): we are happy to deliver a mixed selection of bread directly to your door. Some of the bread is freshly baked with love at Hotel Innerhofer or sourced from the local village bakery. Simply place your order the day before through our Guestnet, and we’ll deliver the bread from around 7:00am.

Price information
The prices shown are per day and apartment for two people. The price does not include the local tourist tax of 3.50 €, which is charged separately on site per day and person over the age of 14.
Supplements & reductions
- Additional persons: 30.00 € – 50.00 € per extra bed
- Pets: 20.00 € per pet per day – only by prior arrangement and with liability insurance to cover possible damage to furniture
- Mid-stay cleaning: included when booking one week with half board, available on request also for a surcharge without half board.
- Final cleaning: 60.00 €
Booking information
Deposit
Once your booking is confirmed, we kindly ask for a deposit of 25% via credit card, bank transfer or our online form. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full. The remaining balance is payable on-site at the accommodation. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions
The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation: Cancellations are only valid in writing!
- Up to 31 days before arrival: the 25% deposit is non-refundable but can be credited towards a future booking within one year of the cancellation.
- From 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking, including all reserved additional services (e.g., half board, MTB package, ski tours, etc.), will be charged. The deposit will be considered and deducted from the cancellation fee.
- From 2 days before arrival, for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows: 90% of the total booking will be charged. The deposit will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
